What are your delivery timelines? +

Standard delivery takes 7–14 business days within the UAE. Custom or bespoke orders may require additional time depending on the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

Do you offer custom upholstery and fabric options? +

Yes — all our sofas and chairs are available with a full range of fabric and colour customisations through our online configurator or by visiting our showroom in person.

What is your return and exchange policy? +

We offer a 14-day return window for standard items in their original condition. Custom or personalised orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

Do you ship outside the UAE? +

We currently ship across the GCC region. For international enquiries, please contact us directly and we will arrange a tailored shipping and logistics solution for you.

Can I visit the showroom before purchasing? +

Absolutely. Our showroom at Dubai Investments Park is open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM. Appointments outside these hours can be arranged on request by calling or emailing us.
