We deliver to all emirates within the UAE. Some remote areas may require additional delivery time or charges.

Smaller items dispatched promptly from our distribution centre.

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, order size or production schedules.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

For promotional free shipping offers: if the customer returns the order, shipping and assembly fees will be deducted from your refund, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
Assembly Service

For eligible products, a professional assembly service is available:

  • Free assembly may be included for selected furniture items
  • If assembly fees apply, they will be clearly shown at checkout
  • Assembly services must be scheduled in advance with our team
Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable at the scheduled delivery time:

  • A re-delivery fee may be charged
  • Delivery will be rescheduled based on availability
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address at the scheduled time to avoid re-delivery charges and delays.
Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, customers must:

  • Inspect the product thoroughly before the delivery team departs
  • Report any visible defects immediately to the delivery team
  • Ensure all parts, accessories and components are included
If damage is reported after the delivery team has left, additional inspection may be required before a resolution is provided.
Custom-Made Furniture

Custom-made items are produced specifically for your order. Therefore:

  • Delivery dates may vary depending on design complexity and production schedule
  • Custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective
  • Our team will keep you informed throughout the production and delivery process
