“Products” refers to all furniture items, décor, accessories, and custom-made products offered for sale.

You agree to use the website for lawful purposes only.

You may not resell or commercially exploit any content or materials on the website without written permission.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Prices displayed on the website are in AED and include or exclude VAT as indicated.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of payment issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud.

4. Custom-Made Furniture

Custom-made or bespoke furniture is produced specifically according to your dimensions, design, and requirements.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on materials, design complexity, and production schedules.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Key points include:

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
If you miss the scheduled delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.
Shipping and assembly fees will be deducted from refunds if you return your items.
Customers must inspect items upon delivery and report issues immediately.

6. Returns & Refunds

Important notes:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Bedding, mattresses, bath products, kids’ products
- Products used, damaged, or removed from packaging
- Assembled products unless defective
- Custom-made furniture
Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval.
Shipping and assembly charges are deducted from refunds.

7. Warranty

We provide a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
Warranty does not cover misuse, mishandling, incorrect installation, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
The company reserves the right to repair, replace, or inspect any product claimed under warranty.

8. Product Descriptions

We aim to provide accurate product images and descriptions.
Actual colors, textures, and finishes may vary due to lighting, natural material variations, or screen settings.
Measurements may vary slightly due to manual production processes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the website—including logos, images, text, graphics, designs, and layout—is the property of Space Embrace Interior Decoration LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any:

- Delays in delivery caused by suppliers, transport companies, or external factors
